We are a dynamic and growing organisation looking to expand our HR team. As an HR Administrator focusing on recruitment, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring smooth operations and an excellent candidate experience.
As an HR Administrator β Recruitment, you will:
- Administer the recruitment process from start to finish, including posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and managing candidate communication.
- Assist with candidate screening and shortlisting, reviewing CVs and application forms.
- Organise and schedule interviews, including coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and other HR documents.
- Monitor and track recruitment metrics, reporting on key performance indicators to support recruitment strategies.
What weβre looking for:
- Experience in a recruitment or HR administrative role.
