Weβre working with a mission-led organisation that delivers impactful services across London. They are now seeking a values-driven and experienced Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations of the organisation. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with deep experience in non-profit finance who thrives on making finance empowering, transparent, and effective across all levels.
In this senior leadership role, you will:
- Oversee all aspects of finance including budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and compliance
- Provide clear, strategic financial insight to the leadership team and trustees
- Ensure robust financial controls and support the delivery of public sector contracts and grant funding
- Lead on financial planning to support organisational sustainability and growth
- Manage and mentor the finance team, embedding a culture of accountability and development
- Strengthen financial literacy across departments and support cross-functional collaboration
