A national charity is seeking an experienced Events Funsdraising Manager to lead a portfolio of fundraising events and supporter engagement activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing events from start to finish, building strong supporter relationships and driving fundraising income through creative and engaging campaigns. You will oversee a range of challenge and community fundraising activities whilst working closely with internal teams, volunteers and external partners.

πŸ”Ή Your Responsibilities:

βœ” Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of major fundraising events

βœ” Manage participant recruitment, engagement and stewardship

βœ” Oversee fundraising campaigns from launch through to completion

βœ” Build relationships with supporters, volunteers and external partners

βœ” Manage event budgets, timelines and fundraising targets

βœ” Work closely with marketing and digital teams to maximise participation

βœ” Identify and develop new fundraising opportunities

βœ” Monitor performance and continuously improve supporter journeys

βœ” Support community fundraising initiatives and third-party events

βœ” Previous experience in community or events fundraising

βœ” Strong project management and event delivery experience

βœ” Proven track record of achieving fundraising targets

βœ” Experience building and maintaining supporter relationships

βœ” Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

βœ” Strong organisational and planning abilities

βœ” Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

βœ” Experience using CRM/supporter databases such as Salesforce or Raiser's Edge

βœ” Proficiency in Microsoft Office

βœ” Passion for working within the charity sector
