We’re supporting a large and complex healthcare provider in their search for a strategic, forward-thinking General Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of specialist medical services. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in transformation environments, can lead at scale, and is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-focused care across integrated systems.
In this senior leadership role, you will:
- Work closely with senior clinical and nursing leadership to drive operational performance across the division
- Be responsible for access targets, financial delivery, and workforce planning aligned to wider trust strategy
- Lead service transformation and contribute to the development of new care models across the region
- Manage high-value budgets and support complex change programmes, from business planning to execution
- Represent the division at executive level and build collaborative relationships across clinical and corporate teams
- Champion quality improvement and a culture of accountability, innovation, and compassion
- Support delivery of 7-day services and play a key role in emergency care standards
- Oversee service leads, project managers, and wider admin functions, fostering high-performing teams
