We’re partnering with a prestigious institution to find a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join their close-knit team. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee a range of core functions including statutory reporting, audit, treasury, payroll, and endowment management. It’s a fantastic opportunity to lead a vital finance team at a well-respected organisation with a meaningful mission and strong values.
As Finance Manager, you will:
- Lead on the production of statutory accounts and support external audit delivery
- Provide technical guidance on accounting treatments and ensure strong financial controls
- Support trust and endowment reporting, drawdowns, and financial planning
- Oversee payroll approvals, tax compliance, and salary sacrifice schemes
- Produce cash flow forecasts and ensure optimal treasury management
- Collaborate across departments to promote a culture of value-for-money and financial accountability
CCAB-qualified finance professional with experience in consolidated accounts. Excellent knowledge of financial controls, reporting, and accounting standards (RCCA/UK GAAP). Strong Excel skills (advanced level desirable) and comfort with finance systems. Experience managing small teams and supporting operational finance.
