We’re working with a dynamic organisation looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is confident handling international logistics and executive-level events.
As an Executive Assistant, you will:
- Provide comprehensive, proactive support to the Chief Executive
- Manage complex international travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation and itineraries
- Organise and coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and speaking engagements
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations ahead of meetings
- Maintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience providing executive support at Chief Executive or C-suite level
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively
- Demonstrable experience coordinating international travel and managing logistics
