A well-established organisation is seeking a highly organised Executive Assistant for a permanent opportunity. You will provide vital support to senior leaders, ensuring efficient administrative and project coordination.
This is a varied role where youβll provide high-level support to several senior office holders, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring their diaries, meetings, correspondence and travel are managed seamlessly.
Your Responsibilities:
β Manage executive diaries, correspondence, and inboxes
β Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas.
β Organise events, travel arrangements, and hospitality
β Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and documents
β Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
β Support projects, ensuring timely delivery of tasks
What Theyβre Looking For:
β Proven experience in agenda creation and meeting scheduling
β Exceptional organisational and time management skills
β Strong written and verbal communication abilities
β Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
β Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Experience within governance, membership organisations, charities, public sector or similarly complex environments would be advantageous.
