We’re working with a forward-thinking organisation that is seeking a confident and experienced Senior Employee Relations Case Advisor to lead on complex casework and provide expert guidance to managers across the business. As a Senior Employee Relations Case Advisor, you will:

• Provide expert advice to managers on a range of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, and absence cases
• Lead on complex, high-risk, or sensitive casework, including appeals and investigations
• Act as a point of escalation and support less experienced HR team members
• Review and improve ER processes and documentation to ensure best practice and legal compliance
• Work closely with legal advisors, trade unions and stakeholders where appropriate
• Monitor ER trends and report on key themes to inform policy and organisational learning

What we’re looking for:

• Strong background in employee relations, ideally in a large or complex organisation
• Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
• Experience managing complex or high-risk ER cases from start to resolution
• Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and coaching managers through difficult situations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience preferred
