🔎 What you’ll be doing:

• Lead the design and delivery of high-quality, evidence-based e-learning projects.
• Apply strong UX/UI principles alongside learning design methodologies
• Manage client relationships and shape strategic learning solutions.
• Mentor and inspire a creative team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and effectiveness.

• Proven experience in e-learning design, UX/UI, and leading creative teams.
• Strong client management and consultancy skills within learning strategy.
• Hands-on knowledge of instructional design tools and digital learning technologies.
