We’re working with a fantastic global non-profit organisation that is dedicated to making a meaningful impact through its fundraising and engagement initiatives. We’re looking for a Senior Donor Journey Officer to play a key role in maximising supporter engagement and retention, helping to drive their fundraising strategy forward.

Reporting to the Head of Supporter Care and Development, this role will focus on developing and implementing supporter journeys that enhance engagement across multiple channels, supporting the organisation’s mission to create meaningful, long-term change.

As a Senior Donor Journey Officer, you will:
  • Develop and implement effective donor journeys to enhance supporter engagement and retention.
  • Manage and optimise multi-channel supporter experiences to increase fundraising rates and donor value.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to ensure content and campaigns align with supporter engagement strategies.
  • Analyse data and campaign performance, making recommendations to improve donor experiences and fundraising outcomes.
  • Contribute to the organisation’s growth strategy, ensuring a positive and impactful supporter experience.
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in individual giving donor journey planning and implementation.
  • Experience supporting or managing retention campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel supporter experiences, increasing engagement and fundraising performance.
  • Ability to analyse data, report on trends, and make strategic recommendations to improve donor journeys and fundraising success.
  • A passion for the charity and non-profit sector with a focus on supporter engagement.
