Our client is looking for a passionate Diversity and Inclusion Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, supporting employee network groups, and ensuring the successful implementation of strategies. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace culture.

Please note this role is initially to be a 3 month contract, with a possibility of extension.

Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Head of department to implement and oversee strategies.
  • Support Employee Network Groups, ensuring effective engagement and delivery of initiatives.
  • Manage projects and events, monitoring impact and alignment with business goals.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with HR and internal teams to promote best practices across the organisation.
  • Lead planning and execution of key events on the Inclusivity Calendar.
  • Ensure compliance with the Equality Act 2010 and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of inclusion, diversity, and equality in a workplace setting.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of equality legislation and its impact on workplace policies.
