Our client is a well-established charity based in Chiswick, seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role for someone with charity-sector experience who can deliver measurable results across digital channels and support income generation and engagement targets.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will:
- Plan, deliver and optimise digital marketing campaigns to support fundraising and awareness targets
- Create and send email marketing campaigns using Salesforce and other email platforms
- Manage and grow social media channels, ensuring consistent messaging and strong engagement
- Use HTML to build and edit email templates and digital content
- Monitor campaign performance, reporting on KPIs and recommending improvements
- Lead on SEO activity to improve website visibility and organic traffic
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns, including PPC
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with organisational objectives
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience working in a charity or not-for-profit organisation
- A track record of delivering digital campaigns that hit targets
- Strong working knowledge of HTML
- Experience using Salesforce for marketing or communications activity
