We're working with a well-established membership organisation based in the City of London that is looking to appoint a Membership Coordinator on an initial 6 month temporary contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced membership professional who is immediately available and enjoys delivering an outstanding service to members while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy membership team.

As the Membership Coordinator, you will:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the membership function.
  • Process new membership applications, renewals and membership changes.
  • Respond to member enquiries by phone and email, providing a professional and timely service.
  • Maintain accurate member records across the CRM and membership database.
  • Support membership retention activities and renewal campaigns.
  • Produce reports and update membership data using Microsoft Excel.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent member experience.
  • Assist with membership communications, events and other administrative projects as required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and ensure data accuracy at all times.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience working within a membership organisation, professional body, regulator or association.
  • Strong membership administration or customer service experience.
  • Experience using CRM or membership database systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone who is immediately available or available at short notice.
