We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help generate and qualify new business opportunities across the UK.
This role focuses on identifying prospective organisations, understanding their safety, wellbeing and sustainability needs, and connecting them with the appropriate members of the sales team. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who is comfortable working in a fast paced outbound environment, making calls, building relationships and creating opportunities that support sustainable revenue growth.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will:
- Identify and research prospective UK organisations that may benefit from safety, wellbeing and sustainability solutions
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
- Speak with decision makers to understand their organisational needs and priorities
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings for the relevant sales team members
- Build relationships with prospective clients and maintain engagement
- Keep accurate records of activity and opportunities within the CRM system
- Work closely with the wider sales team to support pipeline growth and revenue targets
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a sales development, lead generation or outbound sales role
- Background in a call centre, telesales or outbound calling environment would be highly beneficial
- Confidence speaking to new prospects and building rapport quickly
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Self motivated with a proactive and target driven mindset
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
What we offer:
- £30,000 base salary
- Commission structure with on target earnings of £45,000
- Fully remote working with occasional travel to London (approximately twice per quarter)
