About the Job
Our client is a well established membership organisation based in the City of London, looking to appoint a Membership Supervisor on an initial 6 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong membership experience to step into a leadership role, supporting day to day operations and overseeing a small team.
As a Membership Supervisor, you will:
- Oversee the day to day running of the membership function
- Manage and support a small team, providing guidance and coaching
- Lead on membership renewals and retention activity
- Act as a key point of contact for member queries and escalations
- Ensure accurate data management across CRM and membership systems
- Work closely with internal teams to improve member experience and processes
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience within a membership organisation or regulator
- Experience supervising or leading a team
- Strong understanding of membership renewals and engagement
- Confident managing stakeholder relationships and handling escalations
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM systems and working with data
