About the Job

Our client is a well established membership organisation based in the City of London, looking to appoint a Membership Supervisor on an initial 6 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong membership experience to step into a leadership role, supporting day to day operations and overseeing a small team.

As a Membership Supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee the day to day running of the membership function
  • Manage and support a small team, providing guidance and coaching
  • Lead on membership renewals and retention activity
  • Act as a key point of contact for member queries and escalations
  • Ensure accurate data management across CRM and membership systems
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve member experience and processes

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience within a membership organisation or regulator
  • Experience supervising or leading a team
  • Strong understanding of membership renewals and engagement
  • Confident managing stakeholder relationships and handling escalations
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and working with data
