We are looking for an experienced Senior Wellbeing Coordinator to lead and support a team providing high-quality, person-focused support to individuals facing challenges in their daily lives. This role involves coordinating services, supporting staff and volunteers, and ensuring that programmes run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised support and guidance to individuals, including assisting them in managing day-to-day challenges
- Conduct assessments and help develop tailored plans to support progress and positive outcomes
- Oversee staff or volunteers, providing coaching, supervision, and development opportunities
- Coordinate with partner organisations and stakeholders to ensure services are accessible and effective

What We’re Looking For:
