Our client is a highly respected professional regulatory organisation seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Case Officer to join its casework team. This is a key role responsible for managing a caseload of regulatory matters, supporting investigations, and ensuring cases are progressed fairly, efficiently and in line with statutory requirements.
As a Case Officer, you will:
- Manage a caseload of regulatory cases from referral through to conclusion.
- Act as the main point of contact for professionals, complainants, employers and other stakeholders.
- Gather, analyse and assess information and evidence in line with regulatory procedures.
- Draft correspondence, reports and case summaries for internal and external use.
- Prepare case documentation for internal decision-making panels and hearings.
- Liaise with legal advisers, panel members and external parties as required.
- Ensure all casework is conducted in accordance with legislation, policies and internal service standards.
- Maintain accurate records and case management systems.
- Identify risks, issues or delays and escalate appropriately.
- Contribute to service improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
