Overview
Our client, a leading professional regulator, is seeking a Case Manager to join their Fitness to Practise (FtP) team on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in protecting the public and maintaining professional standards within a respected organisation.
As a Case Manager, you will manage a caseload of Fitness to Practise investigations, ensuring each case is progressed efficiently, fairly, and in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of FtP cases from initial assessment through to resolution.
- Gather, analyse, and assess evidence to support decision-making.
- Liaise with complainants, registrants, witnesses, and legal professionals.
- Draft clear, accurate correspondence, reports, and case summaries.
- Monitor and progress cases in line with agreed timescales and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of case management processes.
