π₯ As an Assistant Store Manager you will:
- Lead and inspire our team of Retail Brand Advisors.
- Engage customers in captivating conversations and foster strong relationships.
- Present our products in immaculate displays that showcase their true allure.
- Support the store and team to achieve sales, KPIs, and business profit.
- Drive excellence in Customer Service and continuously seek improvement.
- Assist in the smooth running of brand initiatives and events, supporting during working hours as required.
- Support updates on our Instagram and assist sell-through and awareness of products and events.
- Help the Store Manager develop and manage an effective team through communication, coaching, and training.
- Manage and control costs, stock, cash, and security procedures to protect Company assets.
- Assist with organising in-store events and brand activations to drive footfall.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping in all areas of the store.
- Ensure team adheres to high standards of appearance and hygiene.
- Provide management and staff cover in the store as required.

- Has flexibility to work retail hours and shifts (Monday to Sunday).
- Has a minimum of 6 months of proven experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in a retail environment with team management.
- Excels in time management and task prioritisation.
- Is confident and personable with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Enjoys working in a team but can work independently.
- Is proactive in approaching customers and passionate about delivering standout service.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in the timepiece industry.
- Ability to speak an additional language besides fluent English.
- Photography, design skills, and a passion for social media (prior experience not necessary but a big bonus).
