Our client is a well established and growing organisation within the Health and Safety sector. They provide specialist services to businesses across the UK and are looking to appoint an ambitious Business Development Manager to help drive their next phase of growth.
This is a fully remote position offering excellent earning potential, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a significant impact within a respected organisation.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UK
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and targeted outreach
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and close
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities where required
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Develop strategic account plans to maximise revenue opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and sales forecasts through the CRM system
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience working within the Health and Safety sector
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management
- Experience generating new business and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Self motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Full UK driving licence would be advantageous
