Our client is a global company focusing on financial services within the luxury retail industry and are looking for a dynamic individual to join their team in London. The Product coordinator is an integral part of the Marketing Services international team, ensuring business support to the Marketing Sales Manager and managing the Marketing Services Intranet.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Global Market for Marketing activities (provide users with system access and trainings, ensure that the products/inventories/pricing are up to date)
- Coordinate daily operation and support to the sales with special requests
- Communicate with various stakeholders (Marketing Sales Managers, Products, Finance, Technology and Suppliers) to guarantee smooth end-to-end activities
- Provide each country with sales support to understand the central product mapping and sales supporting documents
- Identify and propose improvements on products, invoicing and development processes
- Define and lead specific projects as instructed, to ensure the project is clearly supported and is aligned to the company's strategic goals
- Deliver sales and invoices reporting for the month end and on request
- A key component of the role will be to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and providers.
