An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Admin Office Support person to work for an export-import company based in Neasden NW10. Hours are 9-5.30 with a 30-minute lunch break and free parking.

  • Answering calls and taking accurate messages.
  • Updating stock reports from all our warehouses in the UK and outside of the UK.
  • Preparing other data reports for Senior Management using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Data entry managing and updating customer and supplier information.
  • Using Sage to deal with suppliers and customers as necessary.
  • Following up with suppliers in liaison with freight forwarders for all orders.
  • Dealing with freight companies to monitor shipments.
  • Liaising with all UK and overseas warehouses monitoring overseas shipments incoming and outgoing.
  • Follow up and preparation of all documents relating to export sales.
  • Assisting the office manager or the Director with any ad hoc tasks.

Skills required:

  • Very good computer skills, especially Excel.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Very good telephone manner.
  • Quick active learner and proactive.
  • Able to adapt into a small team and of flexible nature.
