We are currently recruiting for a Client Manager for an International, UK & Europe role to drive the acquisition and growth of client partnerships and deliver against the core business objectives of revenue growth and increasing client satisfaction. My client is a global student marketing & recruitment company based in the heart of London. Reporting into a Client Director, they will play an important role in the success of the commercial strategy primarily across digital marketing, data and insights products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver personal monthly, quarterly and annual targets primarily through selling digital marketing, data and insights products and services.
- Increase client satisfaction and engagement.
- Propose, negotiate and close partnerships with current and existing client partners.
- Track, measure and report back on client success.
- Meet and engage with clients regularly in line with the operating model.
Requirements
- Good understanding of the International Education sector, student recruitment and digital marketing expert (desirable).
- High level skills and experience in sales and client management with a track record of success that indicates high level business acumen and an entrepreneurial approach.
- Track record of leadership and building people capability.
- Strong negotiating ability and excellent communication skills across all methods.
- Methodical, analytical and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to establish individual client requirements, in turn proposing tailored solutions clearly and compellingly to clients.
