The Role

The Candidate
You\’re a graduate who communicates clearly, follows guidance well, and brings a calm, organised approach. You enjoy working with young children and want to build practical classroom skills ahead of initial teacher training.
Requirements
- Degree – A 2:2 or above in any subject.
- Communication – Clear and confident verbal and written communication.
- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Desire to work in education/with children – Strong interest in KS1 and pupil progress.
- Experience working with children – Any relevant experience (tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential.
