The
Role: As a 1:1 SEN Learning Mentor, you will provide dedicated support to a non-verbal pupil with additional needs.
You will help the pupil access learning, follow daily routines and feel safe and supported throughout the school day.
You will work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to provide structure, reassurance and consistent encouragement.
The

You should be calm under pressure, confident following guidance and able to build trust through consistency, empathy and positive interaction.
