Responsibilities
- Advert Writing: Create engaging and professional job adverts tailored to attract top-tier candidates for schools.
- Pre-screening Candidates: Conduct detailed phone interviews to assess candidates' suitability for specific roles.
- CV Writing and Profile Creation: Help candidates showcase their skills and experiences effectively by tailoring CVs and building comprehensive profiles.
- Compliance: Ensure all candidates meet strict safeguarding and legal requirements, maintaining our commitment to safety and integrity.
- Data Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and clients in our database.
- Interview Preparation: Provide candidates with tailored support, ensuring they feel confident and ready for interviews.
- Client and Candidate Care: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships, offering ongoing support to both schools and candidates.
We're Seeking Someone Who
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates outstanding organisational and time management abilities.
- Is confident working in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ideally, has experience in recruitment, education, or customer service (but we're open to training the right candidate).
