The Role: As a Graduate Academic Mentor, you will provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEN. You will help pupils understand lesson content, complete classwork and develop the confidence to work more independently. Working closely with teachers and the SEN team, you will adapt activities and offer encouragement throughout the school day.
The Candidate: This role will suit a patient, reliable graduate who can build strong relationships with young people. You should be able to explain learning clearly, remain calm when pupils need extra support and take a positive, flexible approach to the classroom.
- 2:2 degree or above in any subject.
