Provide HR support across the school.

The Role:

  • You will support the HR function, so staff processes run smoothly and on time.
  • You will maintain accurate personnel records, update the HR system and file right-to-work and safeguarding checks.
  • You will assist with recruitment by posting vacancies, booking interviews and preparing offer paperwork.
  • You will support onboarding for new starters, track probation reviews and update absence and holiday records.
  • You will prepare standard letters and contracts from templates, log changes for payroll and respond to HR inbox queries, escalating when needed.
  • Confidentiality, GDPR and safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.

The Candidate & Requirements:

  • You are organised, discreet and reliable, with a clear interest in HR.
  • You communicate well, keep tidy records and meet deadlines without fuss.
  • Degree 2:2 or above in a HR related subject.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS.
  • Previous admin or HR experience is desirable but not essential.
