The Role

You’ll support Year 3 pupils with day-to-day learning—working 1:1 with children who need targeted support, and running small group interventions in literacy and numeracy. You’ll also assist with classroom routines, help prepare resources, and contribute to a calm, focused learning environment.

The Candidate

You’re a graduate or experienced TA with a natural ability to connect with children and a calm, confident approach. You’re organised, reliable, and keen to gain hands-on experience that will support a move into teacher training, SEN, or child psychology. Experience with children in any setting is an advantage.
