Provide tailored intervention and academic support for students with additional needs across the school day. Work on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping students build confidence, manage routines, stay focused in lessons, and access learning in a way that works for them.

- Degree – A 2:2 or above in Psychology or a related subject.

- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.

- Career Goals – A desire to pursue a career in educational or clinical psychology.
