The Role
As a Primary Academic Mentor, you will support KS2 pupils who need additional help with their learning.
You will deliver 1:1 and small-group academic support, helping pupils strengthen their understanding, stay focused and take pride in their progress.
You will also assist with general classroom duties, helping the teacher keep lessons purposeful, organised and inclusive.

You should be confident breaking learning down into simple steps and helping pupils feel more capable, especially when they find work challenging.

Requirements
