You will pre-teach upcoming content, model worked examples and guide practice so pupils build accuracy and speed. You will diagnose gaps with quick checks in algebraic manipulation, fractions and ratio, geometry reasoning and data handling, then address them with step by step routines and retrieval. You will prepare lean resources that mirror classroom methods, track short outcomes after each session and share next steps with class teachers so intervention feeds straight back into lessons and assessments. You will help maintain calm starts, tidy transitions and consistent expectations.The Candidate & Requirements:You are clear, methodical and organised.
