You’ll pre-teach key content, guide small groups, run quick retrieval practice, and provide 1:1 catch-up where needed. Set up resources, keep sharp notes on progress, and agree next steps with class teachers after each cycle. Who you are: A reliable graduate who explains ideas simply, keeps sessions focused, and builds positive relationships with pupils.
