The Role: Work with the Science department to support pupils who need extra help across KS3 and KS4. You will deliver 1:1 and small-group intervention, reinforce learning from lessons, support revision, and give teachers clear feedback on progress. Teaching assistants commonly support teachers in the classroom and help pupils with reading, writing, and wider learning activities.
