You will join two specialist education brands based at Westbourne Manor in Edgbaston. The Graduate Network focuses on placing trained undergraduates and graduates into schools at the start of their education careers. Roles often centre on classroom support, tutoring, 1:1 interventions, and small group work through TA and Academic Coach placements. The business is built around attracting and developing high-quality graduates, then deploying them into schools where outcomes improve and talent stays in education. The Education Network is a specialist education agency placing teaching, support, and leadership staff into supply, interim, and permanent posts across Primary, Secondary, and SEND schools. Compliance sits at the heart of the operation, with a strong focus on safeguarding and audit-ready processes.
The Role
You will run your own education desk and bill consistently. You will build a strong pipeline, register quality candidates, and win new school partnerships. You will manage compliance and keep data clean so placements move fast and stay secure.
Main Duties
- Candidate attraction through adverts, referrals, and targeted digital activity
- Candidate registrations, screening, and role matching
- Compliance, safeguarding checks, and audit-ready files
- Data management across CRM, pipelines, and desk reporting
- Business development with schools and MATs, including meetings and terms
- Digital marketing support, including advert performance and response handling
- Candidate care, including feedback, retention, and redeployment
What you need
- At least 12 months experience in education recruitment
- A proven billing track record
- Strong desk organisation and pipeline control
- Confident communication with schools and candidates
- High standards on compliance and safeguarding

- £25,000 to £30,000 base salary plus commission
