Responsibilities- You will deliver tightly planned 1:1 and small group sessions that align with class teaching.
- You will build phonics, reading fluency and common-exception-word recall.
- You will strengthen early writing through sentence modelling and guided practice.
- You will secure number fluency with daily rehearsal of place value and simple problem solving, using concrete and pictorial representations where needed.
- You will pre‑teach key vocabulary and routines before new units begin.
