Provide one-to-one or small-group support and help adapt activities so students can access learning.

The Role: Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with additional needs across the school day. You will help adapt classroom activities so students can access learning at the right level, support behaviour and communication, reinforce routines, and work closely with teachers to help pupils stay engaged and make progress.

The Candidate: You are calm, patient, and able to build positive relationships with pupils who need consistent support. You communicate clearly, work well as part of a wider team, and want practical experience in an SEN setting where your input will have a visible impact each day.

  • Degree – A 2:2 or above in a creative subject.
  • Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
  • Desire to work in education/with children – Genuine interest in supporting pupil progress and wellbeing.
