The Role: Support KS4 pupils in English through targeted 1:1 work and small-group intervention. You will focus on reading, comprehension, essay structure, analysis, revision, and exam preparation, while reinforcing learning from lessons and feeding back clearly to teachers on pupil progress. Teaching assistants commonly support teachers in the classroom, while secondary teachers also work with small groups and follow safeguarding procedures as part of daily school life.
