1:1 support across the curriculum for a student with Autism and ADHD
The RoleProvide dedicated 1:1 support for a student with autism and ADHD across the curriculum. You will help the pupil access learning, manage routines and transitions, stay engaged in lessons, and break tasks into smaller, manageable steps, while feeding back clearly to teachers and the SENCO.
National SEND guidance expects schools to use a graduated approach to support, review impact, and help pupils with additional needs access learning effectively.
The Candidate- You are calm, observant, and able to build trust through consistency and clear communication.

- Degree – A 2:2 or above in any subject.
