You will provide 1:1 and small-group academic support for students with SEN.
Responsibilities
- Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support to students with SEN.
- Help pupils understand lesson content and complete classwork.
- Support pupils to develop confidence to work more independently.
- Work closely with teachers and the SEN team to adapt activities and offer encouragement throughout the school day.
Qualifications
- 2:2 degree or above in any subject.
- Genuine interest in supporting students with SEN.
- Strong communication skills and a patient approach.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Enhanced DBS – Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certificate.
