Immediate start until July 2026. £95 - £110 per day. ‘Outstanding’ primary school, Selly Oak. 1:1 and small group support with SEN children.
What you’ll do:
- Support identified pupils in class and through short pull-out sessions.
- Break learning into manageable steps, use visuals/now-next boards, and make transitions predictable.
- You’ll run bite-size literacy/numeracy clinics, coach regulation and social communication, and keep succinct notes so next actions are obvious to teachers and the SENCO.

- Degree – 2:2 or above in any subject.

- Experience working with children – Relevant experience (SEN support, mentoring, tutoring, volunteering) is desirable but not essential.
