Supervision Of Others Manage and schedule 2 dance instructors for the afternoon program. Requirements A minimum of 3 years of experience teaching high school students of varying skills and levels; comfort with a variety of dance styles, including ballet, tap, hip hop, and modern dance; and substantial experience teaching dance composition. Specific experience teaching in a school setting is a plus. Must show a demonstrated interest in social justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion work through the arts and have experience creating equitable, inclusive, and anti-racist spaces through teaching.
