This full-time on-site role, located in Woking, is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Head Pastry Chef. The role involves:
- Supervising all aspects of pastry and dessert creation
- Managing a team of pastry chefs
- Ensuring quality and consistency in production

- Overseeing kitchen operations

- Demonstrated culinary skills in pastry arts, including creativity in designing and presenting innovative pastry concepts
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities to guide and mentor the pastry team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining a clean work environment
- Formal training or diploma in culinary or pastry arts is highly desirable
- Experience in a similar role, particularly in a high-end patisserie production or hotel, is an advantage
