The Gorse Academies Trust is looking for a confident HR Business Partner to influence and shape people strategy across its multi-academy trust.

You will work closely with principals and leadership teams to align HR goals with organisational objectives and drive positive change.

This role requires a CIPD Level 5 qualification and experience in a HR-level position.
