GORSEKitchen is entering an exciting new phase of development, and we are lookingfor an ambitious and experienced Mobile Catering Manager to help shape itsfuture.
Thisis a unique opportunity to play a key role in developing a growing in-housecatering service across our secondary and post-16 establishments. We arebuilding something special: a service that delivers exceptional food,outstanding customer experiences, and a positive food culture for every childwe serve.
Asa Mobile Catering Manager, no two days will be the same. You may spend severalmonths supporting and leading a particular academy kitchen, work alongsideteams to improve standards and develop practice, or step in to provideleadership and stability during periods of absence, change, or growth.
Thisis far more than a traditional operational management role. We are looking forsomeone who is excited by the opportunity to influence, develop and shape aservice that is still evolving. You will work closely with senior leaders andacademy teams to establish excellent practices, develop talented cateringstaff, and ensure our kitchens become places where children enjoy nutritious,high-quality meals every day.

The successful candidate will:
- Supportand develop catering teams across multiple secondary and post-16 establishments.
- Leadimprovements in food quality, customer experience and operational performance.
- Providehands-on leadership and service continuity during periods of absence, vacancyor increased demand.
- Helpshape the future direction of GORSE Kitchen as it continues to grow anddevelop.
- Championhealthy eating and create a positive food culture for children.
- Workcollaboratively with academy leaders to deliver an outstanding cateringservice.
