Start date to be agreed with the successful candidate. As part of The GORSE Academies Trust, we are passionate about ensuring that all children excel – regardless of background or additional needs. Reflecting our commitment to inclusive education, we are proud to introduce Little London Bridge, a specialist Resource Provision for children with Autism and/or Complex Communication Needs, which opened in January 2025. Little London Bridge joins our two established settings – Rainbow Base and Horizons – supporting over 70 primary and secondary pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Little London Bridge is already benefiting from trust-wide expertise while establishing its own strong identity within the vibrant Little London community.

Responsibilities

  • Support the learning and development of pupils with additional needs.
  • Help foster an inclusive, nurturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Completed the DfES Teaching Assistant Induction Programme or hold equivalent qualifications/experience.
  • NVQ Level 3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent experience in a classroom setting.
  • Experience working with or caring for children of a relevant age.
