The GORSE Academies Trust is seeking to recruit an inspirational and committed colleague to the role of Session Sports Coach (Volleyball). This key role focuses on delivering high‑quality coaching across our Volleyball programme and supporting both curriculum and extracurricular provision.

Responsibilities

  • You will support athlete development, promote participation and performance, and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of the programme.
  • You will work closely with the Director of Volleyball to support the delivery of sessions, develop competitive squads, and ensure the overall wellbeing and progress of students.
  • Evening hours and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

  • A relevant Level 2 qualification or willingness to work towards one.
  • A full clean driving licence and access to a car, as the role operates across multiple sites.
  • The ability to prioritise workloads and manage the allocation of work effectively.
  • Experience of coaching and the ability to build positive, professional relationships with young people.
