Richmond Hill Academy is seeking to recruit a committed and inspirational colleague to the role Level 1 Teaching Assistant, to join our dedicated team within EYFS. This is a highly rewarding role, with a large proportion of your role supporting a pupil in EYFS who requires one to one support.

You will play a vital part in supporting high‑quality learning and ensuring that all pupils have access to a safe, engaging and well‑managed classroom environment.

Working under the direction of teaching and senior staff, the successful candidates will contribute to the daily life of the classroom, support pupils’ learning, and help to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all.
