The GORSE Academies Trust (GORSE) seeks a confident and credible HR Business Partner to join our central team and support leaders across our educational establishments. This is a high-impact role, working alongside senior leaders to shape strategy, strengthen practice and help create an inclusive and effective culture across GORSE.
Responsibilities
- Align HR strategy with organisational goals.
- Lead on complex employee relations cases, bringing clarity and resolution at pace.
- Drive organisational development, performance management and change initiatives.
- Use data and insight to influence and support decision making.
- Support talent management, succession planning and workforce development.
- Champion a positive, values driven culture across GORSE.
Qualifications and Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Proven experience in either a HR Business Partner, HR Manager or Advisor role.
- Confidence managing complex and sensitive employee relations issues.
- A collaborative, proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
- A data informed mindset and ability to drive improvement.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
