Elliott Hudson College is seeking to appoint an inspirational and ambitious Alliance Leader to lead our outstanding pastoral support provision and drive exceptional outcomes for our students.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled leader who is passionate about student wellbeing, achievement and progression. You will lead an Alliance team, oversee student support and guidance, promote high standards of attendance and behaviour, and help ensure every student is empowered to achieve their full potential.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Experience of successful leadership and team management.
- A strong commitment to student welfare, safeguarding and inclusion.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to use data effectively to drive student achievement and intervention.
- A passion for raising aspirations and transforming young people\'s lives.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Relevant degree of Level 6 qualification.
- Clear ideas and strategies for raising pupil attainment in Post-16.
- A minimum of two years successful experience of working with a Post-16 provision.
